Originally established in 2003, today Trackpol East Africa Ltd employs nearly 50 professionals, operating from 3 Countries across the East Africa– from Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania to the Kampala in Uganda – and in Nairobi, Kenya.

Trackpol E.A Ltd consists of a group of operating companies that work together to manage the debt purchase and debt recovery process. Our affiliates include Trackpol E.A Ltd in Kenya and Quest Management and Technologies. We are one of the East Africa’s leading debt recovery agency of sub-performing consumer debt. We also manage significant debt portfolios on a commission fee basis for several of the East Africa’s leading financial institutions, utilities and consumer credit companies.
Currently, Trackpol E.A Ltd manages nearly $ 0.799 million of debt portfolios and maintains relationships with over 25 regular clients, including most of the East Africa’s largest consumer credit providers. We value the longevity of our client relationships, many of whose debt we have serviced since our inception.
Whether Trackpol E.A Ltd conducts commercial investigation or handles debt collections on behalf of third party clients for a commission, our outstanding team of professionals coupled with our proprietary debt recovery system, enable us to accurately evaluate and effectively manage debt portfolios of all ages, types and characteristics.
